The first double sided Blu-ray Disc assembly line in China went into operation on January 20 at Shanghai Songjiang Industrial Development Zone. At present,it is also the Blu-ray Disc assembly line with the highest single line production capacity in the world, utilizing the most advanced technology. It has a monthly output of 500,000 BD25/BD50 Blu-ray Discs, accounting for over 70 percent of the global output.
